2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services or enter into an agreement with Phenomenal Occasions Event Place.

3. Venue Bookings & Services

• All venue rentals and services are subject to:

  • Availability

  • A signed rental agreement

  • Payment of required deposits and fees

  No booking is confirmed until these requirements are met.

4. Payments

Payments may include:

• Rental deposit

• Security deposit

• Remaining balance

• Fees for add-ons or additional services

All payment terms, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Deposit & Refund Policy.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients agree to:

  • Comply with all venue rules, policies, and applicable laws

  • Ensure guests behave responsibly

  • Obtain required permits, licenses, or insurance (if applicable)

  • Leave the venue in the same condition as received

  Clients are financially responsible for damages caused by themselves or their guests.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities of any kind

• Smoking outside designated areas

• Serving alcohol without a licensed bartender (proof required)

• Exceeding venue capacity limits

• Use of hazardous materials, fireworks, or open flames without approval

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Komitadji Inc. or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Phenomenal Occasions Event Place and Komitadji Inc. are not liable for:

• Personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property

• Acts of third parties, vendors, or guests

• Delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control

Use of the venue is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phenomenal Occasions Event Place and Komitadji Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your event, use of the venue, or violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Vendors

Clients are responsible for coordinating and supervising any third-party vendors (e.g., caterers, DJs, decorators). All vendors must comply with venue policies.
