Fulfillment Policy

Phenomenal Occasions Event Place (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing clear and transparent fulfillment terms for our event space rentals and related services. This Fulfillment Policy explains how bookings, payments, deposits, cancellations, refunds, and service delivery are handled.

1. Nature of Services

Phenomenal Occasions Event Place offers non-physical, service-based fulfillment, including:

  • Event space rental (Small Event Room and Large Event Hall)

  • Access to the venue for a reserved date and time

  • Optional add-on services (e.g., AV equipment, security staff, extended hours)

No physical goods are shipped as part of our services.

2. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed only when:

    • A signed rental agreement is received, and

    • The required rental deposit and security deposit have been paid

    Once confirmed, the client is entitled to access the venue according to the agreed date, time, and selected services.

3. Service Fulfillment

Fulfillment of services occurs as follows:

  • Venue access is provided on the scheduled event date and time

  • Clients receive access to the rented space for the duration stated in their agreement

  • Any approved add-ons or services are provided during the event period

Early access, extended hours, or additional services must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees.

4. Changes to Bookings

Requests to modify booking details (date, time, room type, or add-ons):

  • Must be submitted in writing

  • Are subject to availability

  • May require additional fees

Rescheduling policies are governed by the Deposit & Refund Policy.

5. Delays or Service Interruptions

In rare cases where fulfillment is impacted due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, force majeure events), Komitadji Inc. will:

  • Communicate promptly with the client, and

  • Offer reasonable alternatives such as rescheduling or refunds, as applicable

Any financial adjustments will follow the Deposit & Refund Policy.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • To ensure proper fulfillment of services, clients must:

    • Adhere to venue rules and policies

    • Vacate the space at the agreed end time

    • Use the space responsibly and respectfully

    Failure to comply may result in additional charges or deductions from the security deposit.

7. No Physical Delivery

Because services are fulfilled in person at our venue:

  • No shipping or delivery timelines apply

  • No tracking information is provided

We reserve the right to update this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
