Capacity: Up to 100 Guests
Ideal For:
Birthday parties, baby showers, corporate meetings, workshops, repasts, and private gatherings.Pricing
Hourly Rate: $150/hour (4-hour minimum)
Half-Day (5 hours): $650
Full-Day (8 hours): $1,000
Security Deposit: $500 (fully refundable)

Capacity: Up to 500 Guests
Ideal For:
Weddings, concerts, conferences, banquets, large celebrations, and corporate events.Pricing
Hourly Rate: $400/hour (5-hour minimum)
Half-Day (6 hours): $2,200
Full-Day (10 hours): $3,800
Security Deposit: $1,500 (fully refundable)

Optional Add-Ons
Customize your event with the following enhancements:
• Extra setup or teardown assistance: $200
• Premium cleaning (confetti, excessive spills, etc.): $250+
• Security staff: $50/hour per guard
(Required for events over 200 guests)
• AV equipment (sound system, microphone, projector): Starting at $300
• Additional event hours: Priced at standard hourly rate
• A security deposit is required to secure your booking
• Deposits are refunded within 48 hours after the event following inspection
• Any damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations will be deducted from the deposit
Deposit & Refund Policy
• 50% of the rental fee is due at booking
• Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event
• Dates are not reserved without a signed agreement and deposit
Booking & Payment Terms
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests:
• No illegal activity permitted
• Smoking allowed only in designated outdoor areas
• Alcohol is permitted with a licensed bartender (proof required)
• Music must end by the venue’s designated curfew
