Small Event Room Rental (Up to 100 Guests)

Host your next birthday party, baby shower, corporate meeting, workshop, or repast in our Small Event Room.

Capacity: Up to 100 guests

Includes:

- Standard tables & chairs setup

- On-site venue manager during event

- ADA-accessible restrooms

- Basic cleaning (trash removal & floor sweep)

Optional Add-Ons:

- Extra setup/teardown assistance: $200

- Premium cleaning (confetti, excessive spills, etc.): Starting at $250

- AV equipment (sound system, microphone, projector): Starting at $300

- Additional event hours: Priced at hourly rate

Deposit & Refund Policy:

- $500 security deposit required to secure your booking

- Deposits refunded within 48 hours after event inspection, minus any damages or policy violations

Booking & Payment Terms:

- 50% of rental fee due at booking

- Remaining balance due 7 days prior to event

- Dates are not held without a signed agreement and deposit

Rules & Restrictions:

- No illegal activity

- Smoking only in designated outdoor areas

- Alcohol permitted with licensed bartender (proof required)

- Music must end by venue curfew

- Custom packages and nonprofit discounts available upon request
