4. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver services efficiently, clients must:

  • Respond to requests for documents, feedback, or approvals within agreed timelines.

  • Fulfill payment obligations as outlined in the service agreement.

5. Changes and Modifications

Any changes to scope, deliverables, or timelines must be agreed to in writing by both parties. Additional fees may apply for changes outside the original agreement.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Consulting: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled without charge. Less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Ongoing Services: Cancellation terms will be outlined in the signed agreement.

  • Projects: Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
