Fulfillment Policy

At Komitadji Property Holdings Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”), we are committed to providing our services with professionalism, transparency, and efficiency. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we deliver our services, the timelines you can expect, and the responsibilities of both parties to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Scope of Services

• Initial consultations are typically scheduled within 5–10 business days of agreement signing.

• Ongoing services follow the schedule defined in the signed agreement.

• Projects with defined deliverables are generally completed within the timeframe stated in the contract.

Any delays caused by external factors (e.g., third-party dependencies or client delays in providing required information) will be promptly communicated.

4. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver services efficiently, clients must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information relevant to the services.

• Respond to requests for documents, feedback, or approvals within agreed timelines.

• Fulfill payment obligations as outlined in the service agreement.

5. Changes and Modifications

Any changes to scope, deliverables, or timelines must be agreed to in writing by both parties. Additional fees may apply for changes outside the original agreement.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Consulting: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled without charge. Less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

• Ongoing Services: Cancellation terms will be outlined in the signed agreement.

• Projects: Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
