Fulfillment Policy

At KOMITADJI HOLDINGS INC (“we,” “our,” “us”), we are committed to delivering our services with professionalism, integrity, and efficiency. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we provide our services, expected delivery timelines, and the responsibilities of both our team and our clients to ensure smooth and successful engagements.

1. Scope of Services

KOMITADJI HOLDINGS INC. provides event space rentals, creative studio rentals, and full-service event packages. All services are delivered in accordance with the terms outlined in the client’s booking confirmation or signed service agreement.

2. Service Delivery

• Event Space & Studio Rentals

  • Access to the rented space is provided for the booked date and time only.

  • Setup, usage, and breakdown must occur within the agreed rental period unless otherwise stated in writing.

  Full-Service Event Packages

  • Services include venue access, event setup, décor, audio/visual equipment, and staff support as outlined in the agreement.

  • Final deliverables and inclusions are confirmed prior to the event date.

  Other Specialized Services

  • Any additional services (reports, layouts, or planning materials) are delivered in the format agreed upon in advance.

3. Timelines

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.

• Event and studio access follows the confirmed schedule.

• Project-based services are completed within the timeframe specified in the agreement.

• Any delays caused by external factors or client-provided information will be communicated promptly.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate booking details and event requirements.

• Follow venue rules, capacity limits, and safety guidelines.

• Complete payments according to agreed terms.

• Be responsible for any damages caused during use of the space.

5. Changes and Modifications

Any changes to booking dates, services, scope, or timelines must be requested in writing. Approval is subject to availability and may result in additional fees.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Hourly Rentals: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled. Late cancellations may forfeit payment.

• Full-Service Events: Deposits are non-refundable once planning or setup has begun.

• No-Shows: No refunds will be issued.
