At KOMITADJI ASSETS INC (“we,” “our,” “us”), we are committed to delivering our strategic, financial, and asset management services with integrity, transparency, and efficiency. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we provide our services, expected timelines, and the responsibilities of both parties to ensure smooth and successful engagements.

1. Scope of Services

We provide the following core services to subsidiaries and corporate clients:

Strategic Planning & Corporate Direction – Guidance on long-term strategy, business development, and executive decision-making.

Financial & Administrative Support – Centralized oversight of accounting, budgeting, compliance, reporting, and funding to ensure operational stability.

Asset & Investment Management – Management of corporate assets, evaluation of investment opportunities, and oversight of mergers, acquisitions, or expansions.

Each engagement is governed by a written agreement specifying:

  • Scope of Work – Detailed description of services provided

  • Deliverables – Expected outputs or outcomes

  • Timelines – Project milestones and completion dates

  • Fees and Payment Terms – Service costs and payment schedule

2. Service Delivery

  • Strategic Planning & Corporate Direction: Delivered via in-person meetings, phone calls, video conferencing, or email, as agreed.

  • Financial & Administrative Support: Provided according to the terms outlined in the service agreement, including reporting, budgeting, and compliance oversight.

  • Asset & Investment Management: Delivered as reports, presentations, or advisory sessions, based on client needs.

3. Timelines

Initial consultations are typically scheduled within 5–10 business days after the agreement is signed.

  • Ongoing financial and administrative support follows the schedule outlined in the service agreement.

  • Asset and investment management deliverables are typically delivered within 10–20 business days from the start date, unless otherwise agreed.

Note: Any delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., third-party dependencies or client delays in providing necessary information) will be communicated promptly.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and effective service delivery, clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service execution.

  • Respond promptly to requests for documents, approvals, or feedback.

  • Meet payment terms as stated in the service agreement.

5. Changes and Modifications

Any changes to service scope, timelines, or deliverables must be agreed to in writing by both parties. Additional fees may apply for changes outside the original agreement.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Strategic Planning & Corporate Direction: Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no cost. Less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Financial & Administrative Support: Cancellation terms are outlined in the signed service agreement.

  • Asset & Investment Management: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
